Key Responsibilities:
- Business Acquisition:
- Identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities within the GCC region.
- Leverage existing networks to build and sustain client relationships in the professional services sector.
- Market Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy tailored to the GCC market.
- Identify and prioritize target industries and clients for growth.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.
- Understand client needs and position Endurisk Advisory’s offerings as the best solution.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and handoff.
- Provide market insights and client feedback to help refine service offerings.
- Reporting:
- Track and report business development activities, opportunities, and outcomes to senior management.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and progress in CRM tools.
Requirements:
- Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of business development experience in the GCC region, preferably in professional services or related industries.
- Network:
- Strong pre-existing network of contacts in the GCC business community, including decision-makers in target sectors.
- Skills:
- Proven ability to generate new business and meet/exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify market opportunities and align them with business objectives.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
- Other Requirements:
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Understanding of the cultural and business landscape of the GCC region.
